Dress Code

Our dress code is intended to provide clarity and promote a pleasant club atmosphere, while simultaneously avoiding any misunderstanding or social discomfort. Please note that it is the responsibility of the member to ensure that their respective family members and guests, accompanied or not, comply with our dress code.

Dress Code

The Dress Code for The Eseeola Lodge after 5:00 p.m.

  • Blue denim, including denim jackets, is not permitted.
  • White, black, or colored denim, without fraying, may be worn.
  • Golf attire, athletic wear, and shorts are not permitted.
  • Closed-toe shoes for gentlemen are required.
  • A coat or jacket is optional but preferred for gentlemen.

The Dress Code for The Eseeola Bar after 5:00 p.m.

  • Blue denim, including denim jackets, is not permitted.
  • White, black, or colored denim, without fraying, may be worn.
  • Golf attire, athletic wear, and shorts are not permitted.
  • Closed-toe shoes for men are required.
  • A coat or jacket is optional but preferred for gentlemen.

The Dress Code for the Tanglewood Terrace and Covered Porch

  • Blue denim, including denim jackets, is not permitted.
  • White, black, or colored denim, without fraying, may be worn.
  • Golf attire, athletic wear, and shorts are not permitted.
  • Closed-toe shoes for men are required.
  • A coat or jacket is optional but preferred for gentlemen.

The Dress Code at The Grill before 5 p.m.

  • Blue denim, including denim jackets, is not permitted.
  • White, black, and colored denim, without fraying, may be worn.
  • Golf attire and sportswear are permitted.
  • Closed-toe shoes are required for gentlemen; sandals are permitted for ladies.

The Dress Code at The Grill after 5:00 p.m.

  • Blue denim, including denim jackets, is not permitted.
  • White, black, or colored denim, without fraying, may be worn.
  • Collared shirts, including golf shirts, are permitted.
  • Athletic attire and shorts are not permitted at dinner.
  • A coat or jacket is optional for gentlemen.
  • Closed-toe shoes are required for gentlemen.

The Dress Code for The Fountain

  • Denim without fraying or tears may be worn.
  • Appropriate sports attire, athletic attire, and hiking clothes are permitted.
  • Adults must wear cover-ups and/or shirts while sitting on The Fountain deck.
  • Hats and visors must face forward.
  • T-shirts may be worn at The Fountain and poolside.

  • Gentlemen’s shirts should be tucked in.
  • Hats are not permitted inside. When worn outside, they should face forward.
  • All-white attire is required for croquet.
  • After-5 dress is required to attend BINGO.

  • Appropriate shorts, collared shirts, athletic attire, and denim are allowed.
  • Pajamas and T-shirts are not permitted.
